🔸 FAQ #1: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and package. Weekends fill up quickly!
🔸 FAQ #2: Can I bring my own cake or decorations?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake and any additional decorations you'd like for the party room.
🔸 FAQ #3: How many kids are included in each package?
All packages include up to 15 kids. You can add more for $15 per child. Please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare.
🔸 FAQ #4: Is setup and cleanup included?
Yes — all of our packages include full setup and cleanup. Just show up with your birthday crew and enjoy!
🔸 FAQ #5: Are bounce houses safe for all ages?
Bounce house use is best for ages 2-6. Our staff will supervise bounce play for safety. We do not allow use by toddlers or adults.
🔸 FAQ #6: What happens if I need to cancel?
You may reschedule your party with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a fee. Please contact us as early as possible.
