Why train during the day?
Built for homeschool families
Focused coaching
Smaller daytime groups mean more touches, more reps and more one-on-one coaching.
Built-in PE
Training can count toward physical education credit.
Free evenings
Sessions happen during the school day, so evenings and weekends stay open.
Community
Train alongside other homeschool families.
